For clinics

The founding clinic partner program.

UVDose turns every waiting room into a distribution point for patient sun-safety education, and every consult into a better-informed one. No per-patient fees, no clinic dashboard showing individual patient data, and nothing that touches how you treat or refer patients.

Founding clinic partner

Beach Road Surgery & Skin Clinic, Batemans Bay NSW

An award-winning GP practice (skin cancer checks, MoleMax HD imaging, and coastal NSW's ideal high-risk demographic) is UVDose's founding clinic partner, shaping the doctor-facing summary around what a clinic actually wants in front of it before a MoleMax session. Beach Road is the case study the program is built around, and the template for the clinics that follow.

First clinical feedback, mockup review, August 2026. Beach Road Surgery called it "a good app to self monitor, great for the patient", and has committed not just to recommending it to its own patients but to sharing it into skin cancer doctor groups: an unplanned doctor-to-doctor distribution channel likely stronger than cold clinic outreach. The clinic was equally direct where the original plan fell short: the dose summary alone "does not make any difference to how we manage." That single line reshaped the product, the doctor summary now leads with mole photo history instead (see Product), and the clinic's request for mole self-monitoring became Mole Monitor, now Plus's primary upgrade driver.

What partners receive

Real value for the practice, not a payment for patients.

Free Plus for all clinic staff Doctors, nurses, and reception get genuine daily-use value, not a demo account.
Founding Clinical Partner status Named recognition in-app and on uvdose.com.au, plus co-marketing assets.
Priority voice on the doctor summary Direct input into the clinical export format as it's built out in Phase 2.
Better-informed consults Patients arrive with a 12-month dose summary emailed ahead of their skin check: the real motivator for both sides.
Why there's no per-patient fee. Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, referral-fee arrangements are generally prohibited where financial incentives could be seen to compromise patient care, and the Medical Board's Good Medical Practice code (10.12.6) bars practitioners from accepting inducements of more than trivial value from companies whose services may affect, or be seen to affect, how they treat or refer patients. A volume-linked fee tied to in-consult recommendations sits squarely in that risk zone, and the exposure would land on the practitioner and clinic, not just Limak. So the program is built entirely on non-volume-linked benefits above, reviewed against AHPRA/National Law guidance. Formal confirmation from a health-law specialist is still being finalised ahead of public launch.

The referral program

Live now. Every waiting room becomes a distribution point.

Attribution without tracking technology: patients self-attribute by redeeming a code to unlock their own benefit.

01

Register

Practice details, ABN, and a light verification step. Accept the Partner Agreement online.

02

Get your kit

A unique clinic code and pre-branded QR assets (waiting-room poster, counter card, email signature), ready to hand out or display.

03

Patient redeems

Inside the UVDose app, the patient enters your code by scanning the QR with the built-in scanner, picking a photo of it, or typing it in. No landing page, no separate download link.

04

Confirmed by Apple

A standard App Store offer-code redemption grants 12 months of Plus, free, not a payment flow Limak runs. The referral is tracked against your clinic as an anonymous count.

Patient benefit

12 months of UVDose Plus, free

Patients who redeem your clinic's code get a full year of Plus at no cost, confirmed through a normal App Store offer-code redemption. Under s133 of the National Law, this kind of offer is permitted only when full terms and conditions are stated, so all poster and counter-card copy is supplied pre-vetted by Limak. Clinics never draft their own promotional wording, and the app is always framed as a patient-education tool, never as a reason to book a consult.

Partner tracking

Counts only, never patient data

Redemption is a code lookup, architecturally the same as any promo code. No health data is ever part of the exchange. The only thing tracked against your clinic is anonymous scan, redemption, and conversion counts, never a name, a device, UV exposure, or mole data.

Doctor-email leads

A second signal, on top of redemptions

When a patient who redeemed your code later uses "Email your doctor" before an appointment, that report is quietly attributed back to your clinic as a lead too, alongside the redemption count, not instead of it.

Where this stands

The redemption system is live. The clinic list is still small on purpose.

In-app QR scan, photo picker, and manual code entry, confirmed through a standard App Store offer-code redemption, are built and shipped, not a mockup or a future promise. Beach Road Surgery is the founding partner, with 3–5 additional coastal skin-check clinics expected to join during the beta.
